Your licence fee includes all service charges, security, cleaning, drainage and insurance. You also get the benefit of an experienced site manager. All you need to cover are your electricity, telephone and broadband bills. In addition there are business rates, but with small business rates relief the vast majority of our occupiers pay no rates at all.
